Who We Are
Cascadia is a fully integrated real estate development and investment company. Focused on the investment, development and management of commercial, industrial, multi family residential and mixed use properties.
The Founder of Cascadia Pacific Developments is Mr. David B. Dill, CPM, CLP, CCIM, who has over 30 years of experience in commercial brokerage, asset management, investment and development experience. David’s experience spans a variety of development projects from master planned – multi phased developments, commercial, mixed use, industrial, multi family residential and value add. David drives the vision and direction for Cascadia and believes strongly in our future.

We begin with the end in mind, to create projects that work for all stakeholders. It starts with envisioning a project’s potential then conceptualization and risk analysis.
We are good at identifying opportunities that others have missed, where we can add value to maximize a property’s potential. We’re not afraid of challenging sites, projects or issues. Through innovative bold thinking, open and transparent communication we’re able to provide solutions to complex issues that work for all stakeholders – the local community and those who lease or purchase our buildings. We know of no secret sauce other than hard work, a ton of discipline and a results – oriented focus. Our investment approach and strategy is built into our DNA. Coasting is not.
We focus on the variables we can control while preparing for those we cannot. We test to quantify and analyze the amount of up front work to minimize risk through each stage of the development process.
By sourcing the right opportunities and our rigorous hands-on approach, from site selection, project due diligence, municipal approvals, trade and contractor selection, project pricing through to marketing, sales and lease up, all while managing risk and aligning our objectives with all stakeholders including investors, customers, tenants and the community at large.
